POLICIES

📌 Booking & Payment

• To secure your session, a 50% deposit AND a signed contract are required 2 weeks before session.
• The remaining balance is the day of your the session/event. You may choose to pay in full 2 weeks before.
• Wedding package: the remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.

📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
• Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe rain or weather.
• In the rare event that I must cancel, all payments will be refunded in full.

📌 Late Arrivals

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• If late longer than 10 minutes, the session will end at the original time scheduled.
• If the client requests to extend the session, a $20 fee per 10 minutes late will apply.
• Always communicate late arrivals. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.

📌 Image Delivery

• Turnaround time varies based on package. Additional fee may apply if faster turnaround time needed.
• Final images are delivered through a private online gallery at no additional costs. Please download photos rather than screenshotting to ensure the best quality.

📌 Edits & Retouching

• All final images are edited in the PhotosbyLeena's signature style. Check out PhotosbyLeena's Portfolio.
• Raw (without editing) coverage is NOT given.

📌 Travel Fees

• A travel fee applies for over 20 miles for all packages. Please include the location upon contacting PhotosbyLeena.
• Travel Fee applies to UNC-Chapel Hill after May 5th.
